The Delman Mona is a gorgeous classic ballet flat with a rounded toe that features a refined suede upper, leather lining, and a sturdy rubber sole with brand detailing. Made in Spain, this is an incredibly popular style the company makes every season and sells for $206/pair ($199/pair on Zappos). This particular pair comes in black suede and is marked as a size 11, however, the fit runs around a size smaller in part due to the elasticized heel and it is actually a truer size 10 (I am normally a size 10).
